Best Watch Return Policy and Shipping Risk Policy
- All goods do not provide trial service. Once the package is opened, it will not be returned & refund for non-quality reasons.
- Due to personal reasons for the damage, such as self-modifying size, improper custody not returned;
- Unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation lead to the quality of the goods are not returned;
- If the customer does not comply with the return policy of Best Watch, like sending back the watch unauthorized, Best Watch does not take the responsibility of re-delivery and refund. Best Watch has the right to dispose of the goods.
- Photos and information just for reference only, due to shooting lights and chromatic aberration, there is a slight discrepancy between the image of the products and the actual products. Please prevail in kind.
- Goods signed for more than 48 hours , we do not provide return service.
- If you would like to return the goods, please first contact our customer service team at email@example.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The returned product must be in a good package (including package fill and packing box). You can re-use the packaging material that Best Watch ships. Please put enough filler to avoid the clattering sound inside the package or small items scattered in the package.
- Once we receive the item you returned, our team will first inspect the condition of the item before processing your return (or exchange). It will take at least fourteen (14) business days from the date of receiving your item. Afterwards, we will send an email to notify you that your return has been processed.
- Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. For your convenience, we’d recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
- Due to improper handling of the return goods, resulting in damage and loss of goods, buyers need to take the responsibility and the risks. Best Watch will not make any compensation.
- Please keep the original box or bag, with accessories, labels, manuals, etc., invoice, delivery courier with the goods returned. Missing invoices, receipt courier or packaging damaged / lost, we will not process the returns / refund.
- If you purchase products directly from our store , it is not applicable to the above exchange policy.
- Regarding the above returned goods and shipping policies, Best Watch reserves the right to make any changes without giving any written notice.
- Please return the product, the original box and package, accessories and gift etc. to our address address. Returns will not be accepted if the products have been used or damaged. The return address is as follow: 11F-2, Tower 2 @ PFCC,Jalan Puteri 1/2, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
- Returns under the price of MYR14,900 will be charged with a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns above the price of MYR14,900 will be charged with a 10% restocking fee.
- If an order is canceled before it enters the shipping process, there will be an 8% cancellation fee.
- If an order is canceled after it has been shipped out, you will be charged our restocking fee.
- All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, they are all final sale.
- Products above MYR44,360 are considered special orders and they are not eligible for returns.
- Special order deposits are non-refundable.
- If items are purchased by watch manufacturers, brand distributors, and any person acting on behalf of these entities are not eligible for return.
- International customers, please note that if you choose to return items because of customs or duty reasons, the restocking and shipping fee may be applied.
