As we only purchase products from authorized dealers and wholesalers, we guarantee that everything you purchase from us is authentic. Before sending out shipments, our in-house watch experts will examine purchased items once again to confirm their authenticity and make sure they meet our quality standards.

Every single watch we sell comes with the original warranty card(s) or paper(s), unless otherwise stated. Please note that Bestwatch.my does not offer any warranty for the watches. The watches are warranted by their original authorized dealers and the duration of warranty may differ accordingly.

Insurance

Bestwatch.my provides insurance coverage for items that we sell and send out.

For local orders within Malaysia, you may pick up your order directly from our office, or opt for delivery at MYR 80. Deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, excluding weekends and/or public holidays.

For international orders, we charge MYR 250 for Asia and MYR 450 for Europe or other countries. Orders placed after 5:00pm will be processed on the next business day. Your order will be shipped in 7-14 business days after the item(s) in you order has been processed.

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customers. If you need further information, please contact your local customs office.
